A $75 deposit reserves your party date and is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due before we begin setup on the day of the party. We accept cash, Zelle to 786-295-1210, or major credit card.
Yes to both. Saturdays book first, especially in spring and fall. Friday and Sunday afternoons are usually wide open. Weekday evenings work for smaller groups, typically 4 to 5 PM start to finish before dinner.
Two to four weeks is comfortable. Saturdays in spring and fall fill first, so aim for four weeks for those. Saturdays in summer go four to six weeks out. Weekday afternoons can usually be booked with two weeks notice.
Reschedule, no fee, once. Sick kid, weather, surprise schedule conflict. Move the date once with no fee, with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit travels with you.
Cancellations. More than 14 days out, full deposit refund. Within 14 days, the deposit becomes a future-party credit valid for 12 months.
For weather, outdoor parties move indoors at no charge if the forecast turns. We need a covered backup space confirmed when you book.
For illness, we move the date once with no fee, no questions, as long as you give us 48 hours notice. Health comes first.
Depends on the tier. The Princess runs 90 minutes. The Glamour Girl runs 2 hours. The Diva runs 2.5 hours. Add 30 minutes on either side for our setup and pack-out. We arrive early and leave the space cleaner than we found it.
The Princess fits up to 5 girls. The Glamour Girl fits up to 8. The Diva fits up to 12. If you need to squeeze in one or two extras beyond the tier limit, we charge $25 per additional guest, which adds a station rotation slot and a goodie bag.
Our sweet spot is ages 5 to 12. We can accommodate slightly younger or older with notice. Mixed-age groups (a 6-year-old and her 10-year-old cousin) work great because the older girls help the younger ones at the stations.
We bring three vanity stations, lighted mirrors, all polish and makeup, hair tools and product, mini robes, sparkling cider and toast glasses, the playlist, drop cloths, and goodie bags.
You provide a clear floor space about 12 feet by 12 feet, two electrical outlets within reach, and a parent or guardian present the entire time. Snacks and the birthday cake are up to you.
About 12 feet by 12 feet of clear floor for the stations, plus a small open area for the fashion show. Most living rooms work. Covered patios work in good weather. We do not need a dedicated room, just a clear space we can transform for two hours.
Yes. At least one parent or guardian must be present for the entire party. This is non-negotiable. We are guests in your home and we want every parent to feel completely comfortable with what is happening.
Every product is hypoallergenic where possible and chosen because Mariela would let her own niece use it. Polish is non-toxic and kid-safe. Makeup is washable, kid-formulated, and parent-approved before any product touches a face.
Tell us about allergies in writing when you book. We adjust polish, makeup, lotion, snacks, and cider as needed. We carry alternatives for the most common sensitivities.
Comfortable clothes they can move and twirl in. We bring mini robes that go on over their outfits during the party, so polish and makeup do not stain anything. For the fashion show, the birthday girl's outfit gets the spotlight, but everyone struts, so anything she loves is right.
Most of Brevard is included in our flat rate. Beyond 25 miles from central Brevard, we charge $1.50 per mile each way. We have served families just south of Brevard before. Text us your address and we will quote the travel before you book.
Yes, always. Our six core themes are starting points, not limits. Tell us what she loves: a specific movie, color, or vibe. We adapt the polish lineup, the photo backdrop, the playlist, and the goodie bag to match. Custom themes are no extra charge.
Yes. A Glitter and Glam gift certificate makes a great birthday-month gift from a grandparent or aunt. Email us at glitterandglam@gmail.com with the recipient and the tier you want to gift, and we will send a printable certificate within 24 hours.
We will text you a quick link the day after the party. Google reviews mean a lot to us as a brand-new business. If you got photos worth sharing, please tag @glitterandglamspa on Instagram so we can repost them with your permission.
